Mr. John Broderick called me on Monday with an offer and on that Thursday our motorhome was on its way to a new owner. Mr. Broderick was very courteous as was  Mel Daniel,  the fellow who came to inspect the coach and drive it back.
 
The lienholder, Wachovia Bank, received the payoff check by FedEx and credited my account the following Monday.

Having had a health issue, we found it necessary to sell our 2003 Pace Arrow.After several weeks of lookers who weren't able to buy it,  a friend of a friend gave us  your firms name as the buyer of their travel trailer.

I contacted your firm and spoke with Mr. John Broderick, who after talking with him for about 15 minutes seemed like a life long friend. He was very thoughtful in explaining the proceedure and the value they could pay, and what all was involved. Some of my questions, I know he answered 3 or 4 times, but was always patient. He explained exactly what was to happend and when. He then arranged for a driver to contact me as  to what the arrangements would be and when I would meet him. I then met another life long friend of about 10 minutes, Mr. Allen Buckley. We met at the airport, and next morning he inspected our Motorhome, called Mr. Broderick at 6:30 a.m/your time, talked for a few minutes and gave me a check and left with the motorhome.

The whole experience couldn't have been better, and I wanted to pass along this note to along to your firm to let you know how much I appreciated  John and Allen's efforts in our behalf. Just wanted to send a formal Thank You. For 6-7 months we tried to sell our RV ourselves and then through a local consignment dealer. I don t recommend this to others. We experienced a lot of rif raf, wishy washy buyers and a dishonest dealer & lots of money in advertising. Another representative from your company called me a few times over these months and just chatted and talked and was very friendly, but at the time we needed a little more money to clear our debt. We continued to make lump sums payments to the principal. We finally called you and asked, what do we need to do to get rid of this thing? We came to a price and within a few days the deal was done, the rig was gone and our debt relieved. What made the deal even nicer was that we made friends in the process. You have been wonderful. The rep that initially called us from our ads was just as nice as he could be. Even the man who came to inspect the RV was so friendly. We had left an old towel inside the door just for wiping feet and forgot to take it out. It was returned via FedEx and was even washed in Downy. Woo Hoo.

Thank you so much for making this such a pleasant experience. Hopefully we will never be in this position again, but if we are we will call you first, not last. We will also highly recommend you to anyone who finds themselves trying to sell an RV By Owner.
